Kai Coach

Is a program developed to support whānau to improve their relationship with Kai and tinana, to gain confidence in the kitchen, and change the way we think, and talk about hauora.

Many of the challenges we face regarding health are internal, with external consequences...Kai Coach hopes to add another approach towards hauora for individuals and whānau.

We are currently planning on delivering sessions with other organizations based in Ōtautahi. If you would like us to deliver our program to your group then please get in touch.

Kai for a Koha is set up to offer awhi to whānau who may be experiencing hardship. Whānau can come for a kai, coffee or get some basic groceries with no barriers or strings attached. Customers are able to purchase a Kai for a Koha card and 'pay it forward' in our Café.
